DEUTSCH – Verkaufsbedingungen

 

  1. Geltungsbereich

    Diese Verkaufsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen und Terminbuchungen bei ADRIATICA’s Art, sowohl für Produkte (Originale, Kunstdrucke) als auch für künstlerische Dienstleistungen (Bodypainting, Make-Up, Tattoos).

  2. Vertragsschluss

    Mit der Buchung eines Termins oder dem Kauf eines Produkts kommt ein verbindlicher Vertrag zustande.

  3. Preise und Zahlung

    Alle Preise verstehen sich inklusive der jeweils gültigen Umsatzsteuer (sofern erhoben) und zzgl. Versandkosten.

  4. Lieferung & Leistungserbringung

    Produkte werden über Printumo versendet; Lieferzeiten 3–14 Werktage, weltweiter Versand. Dienstleistungen werden zum vereinbarten Termin erbracht.

  5. Widerruf & Rücktritt

    Für Produkte gilt das 14-tägige Widerrufsrecht (siehe Widerrufsbelehrung). Für Dienstleistungen besteht kein Widerrufsrecht.

  6. Eigentum und Urheberrechte

    Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung Eigentum von ADRIATICA’s Art. Künstlerische Arbeiten bleiben geistiges Eigentum der Künstlerin; Foto- und Veröffentlichungsrechte liegen ausschließlich bei ADRIATICA’s Art.

 

 

ENGLISH – Terms of Sale

  1. Scope

    These terms of sale apply to all purchases and service bookings at ADRIATICA’s Art, including products (original artworks, art prints) and artistic services (Bodypainting, Make-Up, Tattoos).

  2. Contract Formation

    A binding contract is concluded upon booking a service or purchasing a product.

  3. Prices and Payment

    All prices include applicable taxes (if any) plus shipping costs.

  4. Delivery & Performance

    Products are shipped via Printumo; delivery times 3–14 business days, worldwide. Services are provided at the scheduled appointment.

  5. Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation

    14-day withdrawal rights apply to products (see withdrawal policy). Services are non-refundable.

  6. Ownership and Copyrights

    Products remain the property of ADRIATICA’s Art until fully paid. Artistic works remain the intellectual property of the artist; all photo and publication rights are reserved by ADRIATICA’s Art.

 

 

FRANÇAIS – Conditions de vente

 

  1. Champ d’application

    Ces conditions de vente s’appliquent à toutes les commandes et réservations de prestations chez ADRIATICA’s Art, pour les produits (œuvres originales, impressions) et services artistiques (Bodypainting, Make-Up, Tatouages).

  2. Conclusion du contrat

    Un contrat ferme est conclu lors de la réservation d’un service ou de l’achat d’un produit.

  3. Prix et paiement

    Tous les prix incluent la TVA applicable (le cas échéant) et les frais de livraison.

  4. Livraison & prestation

    Les produits sont expédiés via Printumo ; délais de livraison 3–14 jours ouvrables, livraison mondiale. Les services sont fournis à la date convenue.

  5. Droit de rétractation & annulation

    Le droit de rétractation de 14 jours s’applique aux produits (voir politique de rétractation). Les prestations artistiques ne sont pas remboursables.

  6. Propriété et droits d’auteur

    Les produits restent la propriété de ADRIATICA’s Art jusqu’au paiement complet. Les œuvres artistiques restent la propriété intellectuelle de l’artiste ; tous les droits de photo et de publication appartiennent exclusivement à ADRIATICA’s Art.
