Terminbedingungen für künstlerische Dienstleistungen

Diese Bedingungen gelten für alle Terminbuchungen bei ADRIATICA’s Art (Tattoo, Bodypainting, Make-up).

1. Vertragsabschluss

Mit der Buchung eines Termins kommt ein verbindlicher Vertrag zustande. Ein zusätzlicher Vertrag ist nicht erforderlich.

2. Terminbuchung

Der Termin ist exklusiv für den Kunden reserviert.

3. Stornierung und Nichterscheinen

Gebuchte Termine sind verbindlich. Bei Stornierung oder Nichterscheinen besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung bereits geleisteter Zahlungen.

4. Verspätung

Bei erheblicher Verspätung kann der Termin verkürzt oder abgesagt werden.

5. Künstlerische Interpretation

Die Dienstleistungen basieren auf individueller künstlerischer Interpretation. Subjektive Geschmacksunterschiede stellen keinen Mangel dar.

6. Urheberrecht & Fotoverwendung

• Die Künstlerin behält sich die Freiheit vor, das Werk (auf Haut oder Leinwand) künstlerisch eigenständig zu gestalten.

• Alle Veröffentlichungen von Bildern oder Fotos der Arbeiten erfolgen ausschließlich nach Ermessen der Künstlerin.

• Der Name der Künstlerin muss bei allen Veröffentlichungen als Artist Credit genannt werden.

• Kunden müssen keine Zustimmung für die Veröffentlichung durch die Künstlerin erteilen.

7. Haftung / Gesundheit

Der Kunde bestätigt, dass keine gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen die Durchführung der Dienstleistung verhindern. Allergien oder Hautreaktionen müssen vor Beginn gemeldet werden. ADRIATICA’s Art übernimmt keine Haftung für unvorhersehbare Reaktionen außerhalb der Kontrolle der Künstlerin.

8. Triftige Gründe

Beispiele: Krankheit der Künstlerin, höhere Gewalt, unvorhersehbare Ereignisse. In diesen Fällen kann der Termin verschoben werden, ohne dass bereits gezahlte Beträge verfallen.

Appointment Terms for Artistic Services

These terms apply to all appointments at ADRIATICA’s Art (Tattoo, Bodypainting, Make-up).

1. Contract Formation

Booking an appointment constitutes a binding contract. No additional agreement is required.

2. Appointment Reservation

Appointments are reserved exclusively for the client.

3. Cancellation & No-Show

Booked appointments are binding. Payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

4. Late Arrival

In case of significant lateness, the appointment may be shortened or canceled.

5. Artistic Interpretation

Services are based on the artist’s individual creative interpretation. Differences in personal taste do not constitute defects.

6. Copyright & Photo Usage

• The artist retains full creative freedom over the work (on skin or canvas).

• All publication of images or photos of the work is at the artist’s sole discretion.

• The artist’s name must always be credited when publishing images (Artist Credit).

• Clients do not need to provide consent for publication by the artist.

 

7. Liability / Health

The client confirms no health conditions prevent the service. Allergies or skin reactions must be communicated beforehand. ADRIATICA’s Art is not liable for unforeseen reactions outside the artist’s control.

8. Justifiable Reasons

Examples: artist illness, force majeure, unforeseen events. In such cases, appointments may be rescheduled without forfeiting any payments.

Conditions de rendez-vous pour prestations artistiques

Ces conditions s’appliquent à tous les rendez-vous chez ADRIATICA’s Art (Tatouage, Bodypainting, Make-up).

1. Conclusion du contrat

La réservation d’un rendez-vous constitue un contrat ferme. Aucun autre contrat n’est nécessaire.

2. Réservation de rendez-vous

Le rendez-vous est exclusivement réservé au client.

3. Annulation et absence

Les rendez-vous réservés sont fermes. Les paiements ne sont pas remboursables en cas d’annulation ou d’absence.

4. Retard

En cas de retard important, le rendez-vous peut être raccourci ou annulé.

5. Interprétation artistique

Les prestations sont basées sur l’interprétation créative de l’artiste. Les différences de goût personnel ne constituent pas un défaut.

6. Droits d’auteur et utilisation des photos

• L’artiste conserve la liberté complète de créer l’œuvre (sur peau ou toile).

• Toute publication de photos ou images de l’œuvre se fait à la seule discrétion de l’artiste.

• Le nom de l’artiste doit toujours être mentionné lors de la publication (Artist Credit).

• Le client n’a pas besoin de donner son consentement pour la publication par l’artiste.

 

7. Responsabilité / Santé

Le client confirme qu’aucun problème de santé n’empêche la prestation. Les allergies ou réactions cutanées doivent être signalées avant la prestation. ADRIATICA’s Art n’est pas responsable des réactions imprévisibles hors du contrôle de l’artiste.

8. Raisons valables

Exemples : maladie de l’artiste, force majeure, événements imprévus. Dans ces cas, le rendez-vous peut être reporté sans perte des paiements déjà effectués.
